savage-rivale-gtr-race-carNetherland based startup Savage Rivale recently revealed images and details about their latest creation the Savage Rivale GTR which is the speedter version of the Roadyacht GTS. The racer seems to mean business with its high power output and lightweight design.

Looking at the available numbers, the limited edition Dutch built speed monster means very serious business. It has a heart of a V8 that will be released in several variants which will have an output from 700 thru 800 horsepower and mix that monstrous output with its weight of just 2,260 pounds. It looks like the Rivale GTR can rival some of the best supercars around today.

Only 69 units of the Rivale GTR will be constructed using chromoly steel for its chassis, scissor configuration for its doors, exhaust system with straight pipe setup, and the V8 6.2L coupled to a turbocharger and a 6-speed manual gearbox.

Inside you will find race seats by Recaro coming with six-point seat belts and a race car interior dominated by a splash of carbon fiber.

The coilovers are fully adjustable while the engineers made sure you can stop the midengine ride with ceramic brakes from Brembo. Savage claims that the Rivale GTR can blast from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 2.8 seconds. The speedometer needle can go beyond 225 mph.

This ride though, of course, will not be a casual buy with a tag price of $186,715 but every penny is worth it for this custom built race car.
